HAPPY BOOK BIRTHDAY! I LOVE YOU FOREVER

I can't believe a year has passed! And it's been amazing. I've traveled to 15 cities in 10 different states, meeting readers and signing books. I snuck into the Keeneland Racetrack with my media representative to see the Kentucky Derby hopefulls (shh!). I saw the biggest piece of carrot cake probably in the world in Ohio. I met thousands of kids, received over a hundred original drawings of pegasi from fans, and sold out my first book signing in 15 minutes.

And it's all because of the support of my readers, my publisher (HarperCollins), and my family. Thank you for being part of this amazing year.

The Guardian Herd: Starfire has turned one year old, which is a great achievement. It shows how a story can connect with readers and continue to be successful over time. Je discute souvent avec des indépendants qui souhaitent développer leur activité en France grâce au digital, et beaucoup pensent encore que publier quelques articles suffit pour améliorer leur référencement. Pourtant, après plusieurs expériences sur différents projets, j’ai constaté que le vrai travail se situe surtout dans la cohérence globale du site et la manière dont les informations sont organisées. En explorant différentes ressources autour du marketing digital, j’ai parcouru Rhillane France et certains éléments m’ont semblé particulièrement proches des problématiques rencontrées sur le terrain. Ce qui ressort le plus selon moi aujourd’hui, c’est l’importance de produire des contenus utiles et compréhensibles plutôt que des textes trop optimisés artificiellement. Les moteurs de recherche semblent valoriser davantage les sites capables d’apporter des réponses…

I still remember reading about that book birthday, feeling oddly proud like it was mine. Somewhere between dreams and doubt, I searched for best book publishers in Canada , hoping one day I’d celebrate like that too, quietly, with a full heart.
